Who we are.
Sanctuary Cliff is a privately owned villa at Mansfield Estates, Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Questions about this notice go to contact@sanctuarycliff.com.

What we collect.
When you inquire or book, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, travel dates, party size, and any preferences or requirements you share (dietary needs, accessibility, celebrations). To complete a booking we may also need identification and payment details, which we collect through secure channels and never by public form.

Why we use it.
To answer your inquiry, confirm and manage your reservation, prepare the villa and your meals to your preferences, meet our legal and safety obligations, and — only if you ask — to keep in touch about future stays.

Who sees it.
Our management team and villa staff, as needed to host you; our website and email providers (Squarespace and Google Workspace), which process it on our behalf; and third-party operators for any excursion or transfer you ask us to arrange — only the details they need for that booking. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How long we keep it.
For as long as needed to manage your stay and meet our record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your choices.
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we're not required to keep it — email contact@sanctuarycliff.com.

Our website uses the basic cookies Squarespace needs to function and to measure visits. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
