How it works
Once your final payment is made we send you our menu selection and consult on preferences, dietary needs and cravings. We ask for your first two days' meals in advance — an arrival snack, first dinner, breakfast, lunch and second dinner — so the kitchen is stocked and ready the moment you arrive.
Daily check-ins let the chef craft each day's meals around your mood, from a casual poolside lunch to a multi-course dinner in the dining room.
Fresh local markets, seafood, and tropical produce are woven into every menu.
Vegan, gluten-free, allergies, specific cuisines — all handled seamlessly.
Wine pairings and cocktails can be arranged through your concierge.
Prefer to stock the bar yourself? Guests can order wine and spirits in advance from local beverage suppliers such as CPJ or Indulge, paid directly, and delivered to the villa before you arrive.
