Michelle Thame — Property Manager
Sanctuary Cliff is managed by Michelle Thame, who oversees the villa, its team and your stay from first inquiry to departure.
A graduate of The University of the West Indies' Centre for Hotel and Tourism Management, Michelle has spent three decades in hospitality and operations leadership — directing resort and city hotels and other tourism businesses, as well as a publicly listed energy and manufacturing company, with a specialisation in human resources. She now consults for luxury villas and accommodation businesses, and brings that same attention to operational detail to Sanctuary Cliff.
