How booking works

  1. Inquire below with your dates and group — we'll confirm availability and answer any questions.

  2. We confirm your reservation and rate in writing.

  3. A deposit within 5 days of confirmation secures your dates — 50% for peak & holiday, 25% off peak. A $1,500 refundable damage deposit applies to all bookings.

  4. The balance for your reservation is due 60 days before arrival, 120 days for holiday periods (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, Independence Week).

  5. Booking inside those windows? The full amount is simply due within the same 5 days of confirmation — one payment instead of two, and your dates are locked..
